Ok, suspension guys, help me out!!

Well the new fork seals are in along with the new oil......BUT when we were backing everything off, my preload adjuster on the right side is jacked. It clicked once and then just spins......My question is how does the adjuster come out of the fork cap? Thank you to Goldenchild for the help on the adjuster!!!
