what would cause the oil to leak from the oil cooler line where it bolts to the pan? it looks to be coming from the inside bolt on the flange (or whatever its called). i put on a new pan a couple weeks back, and didnt have any problems with it till 2 days ago. could a bad or pinched o-ring be the culprit?

There is an o ring at the ends of the oil cooler lines...where they mate to the block or cooler.

if the o ring isnt seated correctly would it cause oil to leak from the bolts?
