Off topic- help needed

The information display unit (overhead console) in my 2000 f350 superduty has been getting dimmer and dimmer, then died completely yesterday. I am having a hell of a time finding ANYTHING online about it. Does anyone know of somewhere I can find one, used that I can get reasonable priced? I tried googling information display, fuel computer, mileage, display, under superduty, f350, ford.

No luck
