I just got my busa08 5 months back. it was my first bike. And i had some exprience riding a friend's 125cc moped around before i got her. Busa is my dream bike, i even fell inlove with it just by hearing its name in secondary school when my friends was talking about it. And now i got it. if you are wondering whether making a busa your first bike or not. Dont!. just go and get it. you wont be dissapointed. but start slow.. eventually you will go out flying. And one more thing, i fell on the bike a few times (parking accidents), eventhough it ruined the plastics, but it still can go to 300km/hr and i dont regret anything. i look at my ruined plastics and tell myself " a bike is bound to fall one way or another "
Im in malaysia by the way, the country that has one of the highest accident rates in the world (espcially bikes) and my busa is not a weekend bike, i commute with it too. Newbies out there, dont let anything get in the way of your dream bike nomatter what it is.
