OK guys I will take blame for this one, However in the future, When asked about changing out a stator cover, If your going to tell the person who asked that there will be very little oil come out when the old one is removed, Make sure you tell them that it only applies if the bike is on a bike stand, as I just figured out when on the kickstand boo cooo oil comes out. Not alot of fun trying to hold the bike up with one hand to stop the flow of oil and try and find something to prop up the bike.

Alls well new chrome cover installed, oil level ok. WHEW,

OHHHHHHHHH and you all werent lying about that magnet. WOW

Oops! But still OK. Can't wait to see. I'm sure it looks so sweet it's worth all the trials and tribulations. Pics, please.

Ehh, I did the same thing 3 days ago. Lost about a quart. I Finished the job and put a new quart in and good to go.
