New to Busas and have a couple of questions

If they are LED turn signals they should still be coming on but blinking fast like you're talking about. I would think having two front turn signals would be really rare though. You will have to take the two smaller black inner panels off to work on the bulbs. Hopefully it's just two dead bulbs and not a wiring problem.

EDIT:
Okay, just looked at the pictures of your bike and you have Clear Alternative LED turn signals. I installed these on my 07 when I had it and if you just plug them in they will blink but blink fast like a dead bulb if you don't install the resistor. So that makes me think you have a wiring problem.
