new throttle twist??

Anyone out there know of a good quick turn throttle mod for the hayabusa... It kills me having to twist my throttle so far to kick in the nitrous.... Heard an R6 works..but don't know anyone around my area that knows enough about it...

yup r6 is nasty! you can buy the throttl tube and grip preinstalled someone will tell you exactly which year to use as well.

you want a quicker throttle to kick in the NOS?
Put the bottle on a button.
If you ever want to do any cruising there you your wrist!

The R1 is 1/4 the R6 is less than that.

get the r6 throttle tube it was what i ran with nitros and turbo for awhile.

I had a double safety on it, but it kills you when you run through the gears that fast... I have a toggle activation and a micro switch on the throttle..... Added a 2lb bottle.. when you're spray is set up for top end the 1 lb is just way way too small..drains way too quick! haha

So, an R1 is a 1/4 turn and R6 is less that that? I'm thinking R1 as I'm lowered 1 inch but not stretched... not tryin to kill myself here!! hahaha is there a particular year that I need or will pretty much any R1 throttle tube work?

R6 would be an 1/8. I got the r1 and it is a much quicker response.
