unless i'm missing something the 99-07 manual is only the owners manual and i don't see the service one for 99-07 i see the service one for the other years but not this group

The 99-00 with the 01 & 02 supplements cover all GenI, 99-07. The supplements cover changes to the 99-00, 02 was the last change to the line until the GenII was introduced.
