1) 0mile bike , uncranked taken to a dyno for power breakin method
2) remove tre restriction (what do i need to get? from where?)
3) kickstand dremel deepre notches
4) replace stock chain with better chain (what chain? - this is going to be a street bike )
5) im eventually going to put on some yoshi's which means ill need a PC
1) http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm

2) ATRE

3) either dremel(cheeper), or get a Adjustable one(@170.00).

4) Nah wait till the stock one is in need of replacing.

5) All depends PCIIIUSB or PCIIIr or a Yoshimura EMS which is both the PCIIIUSB or PCIIIr Together. As far a Exhuast I prefer HMF HIGH DUAL MOUNT (GET A FULL EXHAUST SYSTEM if you can afford it.).

Do not forget Air Filter BCM RACE is most POPULAR, SPEEDOHEALER(correct speedo error). Also Pair Mod and Small Air Box mod. Undertail(TOTAL PREFERENCE) or cut top of rear fender for a cheepie way to do a cheap undertail.

fyi - after i asked them what their ATRE does that a TRE does not
smile.gif

Hello,

The ATRE is user programmable. All of the other TRE's are not adjustable by the user.
Our ATRE lets you select which gears will be affected by the ATRE. The four choices are [gears 1&2], [gears 1,2 &3], [geards 1-4] or [all gears]. The ATRE will automatically remap your selected gears with your choice of 3 ignition/fuel maps; you can select the 4th gear map, 5th gear map or the sixth gear map.

http://www.motorcycleradar.com/products_pg5_5.htm

So you have more choices as to what the ATRE will do for your bike and your riding requirements.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

regards,
Larry

you're kidding right?
i almost closed deals on 2 different bikes on ebay before i found my 0mile bike at a dealer, the only reason i didnt close the deal is because one guy told me he babied the bike up til 1000 miles and then started to run it hard, lol. the other person didn't know how he rode it... when im done with this new 0mile bike in the first 30 miles, its going to be one tight bike.

remember, this "power break in" might sound insane, and abusive, but read the article again. there is a method to doing it, not just taking a new baby bike and ripping through the gears, over heating etc.. you work it up and give it a break.

its actually healthy

If you are going to be touring, I recommend some sort of comm unit for radio/cd/mp3 listening - throttlemiester throttle lock/bar ends - a Tobin or Corbin seat for comfort (my vote will always got to Tobin) and a chopperkeys HBusa.org key for good measure and luck.
No matter what you do to the Busa, make sure you roll with some good gear!
