My first busa what upgrades should i do first

For me safety comes first than comes the outlooks factor.I recommend steel bradied hoses plus good brake pads.That makes you more confident riding the beast.

lowering blocks for the triple tree, dog bones for the rear, air box mod, pair removal w/plates, and a tune. should be able to do all for between $300-$325. good luck
