Should i get a dyno jet?

i was recently told that my busa would be much faster with a Dynojet power commander 111 or 111r  and some k & n air filters.....is this true...? any suggestions?

not faster just with a PC II, depends what you have on it. The PC II or, allows you to adjust deferent curves to your pipes airbox etc. What have you done to the bike?
