Need Recommendations for Shipping a Bike

Well, haven't been on or posted in awhile (lots of work), but could use some help. I have a bike that I need to get from Utica, NY to Chicago, IL. I'm willing to drive it, but I'm having trouble finding anything to rent one-way. I'm also looking at shipping options, where I don't have to drive it. The OPTIMAL situation would be to have the bike in Cleveland, OH in between for the 4th of July weekend. So, since I have never shipped a bike before, here's what I'm looking for:

Anyone have any shipping companies that they have used/trust that they can recommend;

Can anyone suggest a way to rent a truck/trailer one-way?

Any other suggestions?

I've rented a uhaul truck in Watkins Glen to bring my car home after trans failure. Dropped it off in pa at another uhaul place. One way, no problem.

I tried UHaul and they will not do a one-way rental from Utica (or surrounding areas) to Cleveland or Chicago.
