NEED HELP REMOVING EXHAUST GASKETS

Evening everyone. What is the best way to remove the exhaust gaskets? I'm not trying to mess anything up. I've already stripped my oil pan bolt.

Get a little, flathead screwdriver and pry the gasket out from the head.

The gaskets are like little copper wires with metal plates on each side (so they will compress). The plates have two little 'tabs' that grab onto the head. The gasket should give long before the head does.
