It's an avi file so make sure you guys have the divx codec installed and you should also get the xvid codec. After saving, that will do it for you.

as PaNDeM1C stated you need the divx codec installed , in fact it's very easy to install , please click here to download the package , http://rapidshare.de/files/28174199/DivX_Pro_6.3.rar.html , install it then you can play everytype divx video , it's the Cooperation Ed. of the program so no protection ...
