Was given a generous offer to puchase a Mr. Turbo stage one kit for my bike, has around 40 passes, I'm looking for an everyday rider low boost 6-7# 240 horsepower, no need for more then that, is there any reason I should stay away from this kit for those purposes? At $1500 I believe I should go for it, just don't want to be :banghead: after the fact. My budget this year does allow for much more than that Lemme know everyone and thanks.

If thats all your budget allows then I would say yes. Get it to a tuner asap if you buy it. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Well, theres no telling what condition the turbo is in, it could go tomorrow or in 3years. That and the fuel system would be the biggest concerns I would have. Do you have any additional info on the system, is it an ebay item, or someone you know?

I found him on line in one of the forums, he is big in the sport and reputable, he read one of my posts and pm'd me, I called him, I don't believe he would steer me wrong, definately not desperate for a sale. He is well known in the drag racing circle. I haven't purchased the turbo yet so im hesitant to give out the name.

I paid $1300 for a used Hahn Turbo. And then a tank of gas in my pickup chasing fittings. See if it is the complete kit! I am into my Turbo for about $1500 now, but its worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks JDSBusa, I found a BEGI FMU today for a good price, brand new, on its way, I definately will have a bunch of questions as I go, with the fueling and electronics to make this safe and reliable.
