This is bull! There is a guy sticking thru you windshield dead! How can you not know you are in an accident? When i ride this type of crap happens at least once a week in Fl that someone will completely change into my lane if i even wasnt there. I tried to honk at them and get pissed off but nothing helps, now i just try to jump out of the way and always watch the drivers heads. If their head turns watch out!

I successfully yanked an 87 yo license one time. We can request DMV retest skills and the actually did this time. It was only after three wrecks at THE SAME SCENE.
Unfortunately it just means now he's probably driving without a license and insurance.
