Manufacture date on 06 les?

I bought my 06 LE on February 4th but the manufacture date was last September. I was wondering if all LEs were made at one time or will they be produced throughout the year? I'd also like to know how many LEs will/were produced for the 06 lineup. I just thought it odd that after searching all over norCal for one I finally found (one) at a soCal dealer, and it was made almost five months earlier.

It's possible that your dealer got it from another dealer that was sitting on it for a month or so, but I find that hard to believe with an LE......or any other busa for that matter. My local dealers all have at least a two month waiting list for regular color busas and an indefinite waiting list for LE's.

Mine was made 11/05 I picked it up at ECC in March.

I have never had a problem getting an LE, have had 2 05's

a friend of mine bought an 06 le about 3 weeks ago the shop had another one in 5 days later, his had a date in 05 as well didnt check the new one

Mine was manufactored on 12/05 and I bought it in the beginning of Febuary.
