magazine exchange

hmm... so i was looking at my small stack of magazines in my night table drawer and the thought occurred to me, maybe the org should have some type of library/exchange where one could order an issue from a list of mags posted up by members who would trade or accept just postage for a read magazine...

i've always ended up throwing them out after a while. i know i'd send a magazine out if the member paint for postage.
