Lowering a Gen 2....

Is it always standard to keep the rear end a litter higher than the front? What if the front and back are lowered to the same height? Whats the max it can be lowered before things start getting tight?

The bike feels like it is set up for a stiff ride, can I start with just softening the suspension? Unfortunately, I may not be heavy enough to compress the bike enough to make a difference.

Also anything I should now before I dive in? Something unexpected that I will find or will it be pretty straightforward?

the gen2 can only be lowered 3/4 in front , the fork tubes start to taper in under the bottom triple, so other than that , i think i have mine set lower in back , front it stock ! i use traps when i need them !

Make sure the front and rear are equal or the front a touch lower. If the rear is lower than the front it will handle terrible. Dont ask me how i learned this:whistle:
