Louder without cats?

Heard the two brothers on my buddies cbr 1000r,just a slip on and it was pretty loud. I have just purchased the two brothers full system. Now with the full exhuast there are no cats. Would that make the exhuast much louder.
 
I just installed the two bros. Full 4-2-1 on my 08. It does not sound "too loud" to me, but i am going to buy the "p1-r powertip" sound suppressor to see how it sounds. Its supposed to lower the sound by 2 to 3 db with "no significant loss of horsepower. The weight savings is nice also, 48 lbs. Stock sys., 12 lbs. Tbr sys.
 
Refering to my exhaust on my mustang you could tell a big differance between cats and no cats. So if I put the full exhaust it should be a little louder than the slip on by buddy put on.
