Longer kickstand?

can the OP post a photo of the side stand with it down holding the bike up, i think if we see this we can help him to what is wrong.

Could it just be bent and coming out more than it's supposed to ?
Maybe the kickstand mount is also bent ?
Maybe a 400lb guy sat on it while it was on the stand and the kickstand and mount were tweaked out ?
Could possibly just need to bend both back inward ?
