long time to start

lately my bike has been taking a along time to start. It's 2004 with a pcIII micron full with shorty gutted pipe. I just had the plugs replaced at Like 11,500 mi. Sometimes it will start with fast idle up sometimes down. Could it be the injectors. I'll guess i'll get the plugs checked for fouling. but what else could it be.

DOES IT TURN OVER FAST? THE STARTER? How old is battery?

Check the battery.
It needs 12.5 to 12.7 volts to fire the injectors.

Sounds like your battery is going out. I had the same problem as you described, new battery fixed it.
