I have some of the same issue with riding in general. Due to a partial amputation of my right forearm 10 years ago (2 days after 9/11, watched the news from my hospital bed for a coupla days), and the follow-up reconstructive surgery, I have limited movement of the wrist to the point I can't go from closed throttle to WFO without getting a re-grip. Also can't effectively blip the throttle while braking (I suspect this is a major part of James' problem too).
End of a 2 time WSBK Champion's career due to injury. Is nothing uncommon in this sport, but still sad to see happen.
