is this Turbo from china

Moring guys I was looking online craiglist for a Turbo to replace my GT28 and I came across a Garrett M24 for 200$ Do you think it is a China knokoff?

So i have this Garrett M24 A/R 80 turbo that i really know nothing about. i had got it from my friend awhile back and have no use for it so im trying to just get rid of it. As far as i know it doesnt seem to be in too bad of condition but even if there is something wrong with it i got it with some new o rings, a seal, bolts, and some other random parts im not sure about. Id like to sell for about $200 but im open to offers.

Looks like the garrett gt25 280hp , 54mm compressor wheel
see if the seller can get you the numbers off the id plate , its visible in the pics , then google the numbers
