2000 Hayabusa full Hindle race exhaust, BMC air cleaner with air box mod., PC-III usb.PROBLEM-Intermittent hard starting. Doesn't matter if cold or hot. Bike cranks about 4-5 seconds then kits back against starter, occasional back fires through either TB's or exhaust. Once started it runs great.
WHAT I'VE TRIED-
1.New 230cca battery
2.dual battery set up/equaling 505cca
3.New starter
4.New starter solenoid
5.New spark plugs
6.New starter cluth
7.Checked all grounds/even added one
8.Tried un-plugging the PC III
9.Checked ALL plug connections
10.Checked all injectors-all firing
11.NO codes showing
I am open to any suggestions. Everyone I have talked to including shops are stumped. Thanks for any help!!!
