installing full exhaust

im installing a muzzy m10 on my 08, and i cant seem to get it to fit perfectly. the exhaust bolts dont look like theyre holding the brackets down on to the engine flush. its on their tight and isnnt going anywhere but am i gonna get a.leak? thanks

My Alien Head on my '05 looked the same way. As long as you followed the instructions, you should be fine!

They all do that. Don't know why but they do. Clean motor btw!

Just make sure the bolts are all threaded in about the same distance. You don't want one bolt on a header to be in all the way and the other sticking way out. This way you'll have even pressure all the way around on each pipe. Just get them even and properly torqued and go with it.

I'm just going to assume you're using the torque specs from the service manual, as you should be. I can't imagine what a pain it would be if one of those bolts broke off.
