Installing full exhaust this week

My muzzy exhaust system will be here this week and I took the fairing off to see what I will be up against. It looks like the oil cooler definately will have to come off. Does the radiator have to come off as well? I was going to switch to engine ice tomorrow but I dont want to do it if I have to remove the radiator next week and lose all the coolant. Thanks for any input. Chris

Would make it easier if Radiator is out of the way. But you could loosen some bolts and just swing it towards the tire.
Some have put cardboard over the fins not to bend them.

Remove the fan and horn and protect the radiator with a piece of cardboard

No I wasn't just doing exhaust.... Had to replace fork seals, tires, rotors, rebuild the calipers..... and thought I might as well do the exhaust while I was at it! Might as well rip it ALL apart and do it all at the same time!

I am trying to do it with the radiator in place and it is not goin to well.:angry:

It is possible with the radiator in place, I did it, but better if you take it loose or better out.NJ.
