Injectors clicking!!! 08 Busa

Two brothers 4-2-1 exhaust K&N filter and Dynojet power comander pcIII
and mapped. After the install I have noticed that the injectors are clicking but only at low rpm. (1k to 2k) Bike runs fine, but was wondering could it be the mapping/ tune.

But, you just changed the fuel table(parameters)by mapping the bike.

He's refereeing to the fuel cell numbers in you fuel map. Like if your injectors are clicking @ 1100 RPM's and 0% TPS(throttle position sensor).....what is the number in that fuel cell on your map that is loaded?
