does anyone know any info on rajay turbochargers such as model characteristics, compressor maps, how to read the model number etc?

i just bought a used turbo for parts off e bay and the model number is
3AA1EE1082

i am assuming that it is an e wheel turbo seeing the e in the model number? does anyone know how this unit compares to the unit used in hte mr turbo stage 1 kit? (i think that one is a 301ff40)

any info on these trubos is much appreciated. it seems like there is a lack of info on these old skool units on the web.

The first E stands for the size of the Intake/Compressor Housing and Impeller.

You can confirm you have an E Compressor Housing by measuring the intake opening. An E Compressor Housing would have 5 or 6 ribs or gussets equally spaced around the intake and has a 2-1/16" diameter opening. For comparison purposes an F Compressor Housing has a 1-7/8" diameter opening.

The second E stands for the size of the Exhaust/Turbine Housing and Wheel, but I don't have enough experience to tell you how to confirm what you have. Maybe someone else can chime in on this.
