This weather is pretty crazy everywhere, seems like. Florida has seen temps in the low 30s, rain and temps in upper 70s in a matter of days.

I got my first flu shot ever this year after a close friend who is a medical doctor explained the pros vs the cons
Working in schools all the time I manage to have @ least one good cold a year .
So far I've felt better this cold season than any other in the past.

When in uniform I used to get the flu shot and just about every other shot known to man-kind...I got that H1N1 shot and it knocks the stuffing out of you for a bit...

I made the mistake of going to the gym the evening after I got it...big mistake...I could barely move my arm and shoulder the next day.
