That was the only thing I could think of. A ground wire didn't get hooked up or PC issue. Glad you're riding, and not out any money from the deal!

My next step, had I not done the Google search and found a kindred spirit on the R1 forum, was to remove the PC and go back to the stock ECU to see if that would have done the trick.
The bad thing was, that THAT would have worked and I'd have blamed the PC...

I am not really an idiot or less than mechanically inclined... but this was a little humbling. I WAITED until I was out of obvious options to post it here and then....
