how to lower the front

Im looking to lower the front of my bike without having to buy a triple tree. is there anyway of doing this. The back is lowered about inch to inch and a half

Look for some risers.
There are some on ebay.
Look for a fella named reaper he sells some also.
Also, pricier are genmar risers.

you could also use a strap, that is a drag racing move.

Strap, risers, and I think I've read of guys milling their tree to allow the towers to move through them. Easy to do and undo the strap.

Hardware store p/u 1 inch spacers and longer bolts for the stock tripple tree. Once installed loosen the fork tube clamps and slide the forks up to the bottom of your tree!
