HELP with GIPRO ATRE or GPS problem

hi, i am having the problem below,
-shifting from 3rd to 4th it shows 0 in 4th gear on the GIPRO
-down shifting from 5th to 4th it shows 6 in 4th gear on the GIPRO

i checked the GPS voltages with the kick stand up, ignition switch ON, with the engine running and engine not running
Gear 1 - 1.8v
Gear 2 - 5.01v
Gear 3 - 3.03v
Gear 4 - 3.71v
Gear 5 - 4.25v
Gear 6 - 4.73v

does it means my GPS needs replacement?

I just did another reading with the Gipro on and off, with engine running and not running below,

Below voltages recorded:
Gipro installed On bike, engine off
Neutral- 5.04v
Gear 1- 1.874v
Gear 2- 5.04v
Gear 3- 3.04v
Gear 4-3.75v
Gear 5-4.44v
Gear 6-4.73v

Gipro installed on bike, engine running
Neutral- 5.01v
Gear 1- 1.871v
Gear 2- 4.99v
Gear 3- 3.04v
Gear 4-3.65v
Gear 5-4.36v
Gear 6-4.69v

Gipro not installed on bike, engine not running
Neutral- 5.04v
Gear 1- 1.91v
Gear 2- 5.04v
Gear 3- 3.12v
Gear 4-3.75v
Gear 5-4.345v
Gear 6-4.74v

Gipro not installed on bike, engine running
Neutral- 4-94v
Gear 1- 1.78v
Gear 2- 4.97v
Gear 3- 3.01v

After that I set it to auto learning procedure, below are the voltages recorded during auto learning process
Neutral- 5.01v
Gear 1- 1.871v
Gear 2- 2.21v
Gear 3- 3.04v
Gear 4- 5.01v
Gear 5-4.36v
Gear 6-4.69v

As you can see, the results are confusing me, at first I thought my GOS is faulty at Gear 2 reading because of showing around 5volts, but during the learning process it shows that the gear 4 has error.
