I have had this happen with uni-directional tires on a high performance car, and I think that might be instructive for you.
I only realized the !***! dealer had done this after 1,000 hard driving miles. There were no ill effects, no scalloping or other abnormal tread damage/wear.
If I were you, I'd have your tire re & re'd with confidence.
Since that event, I always inspect newly installed tires...car or bike. Check them for inflation immediately, too. The last set of tires installed at my speed shop were inflated 28 front and 57 rear! The shop helper who did that was later let go for making many minor errors on simple jobs.
