Help,cant find instructions

Well,I wanted to program my Acumen today,but now the instructions mysteriously dissappeared like everything else around my house!
Does anyone have them?

Yes,I can get ahold of Acumen and wait for them to get back to me,I just wanted to do it today now that it is actually nice out.
