Heated Clothing and Electrical System?

I am going to be using a heated vest soon, I was wondering what the excess capacity of the hayabusa's electrical system is?

I've seen several post on another forum about guys/gals with Busa's that use heated vest, gloves, socks, etc.... Some of the vest are even home made! (using an old electric blanket). From what I've read no one was having any problems. Do a search over at SPORT-TOURING.NET

I don't know what the extra capacity is but, I run a bunch of LEDs and strobes and it seems to have no affect on the system.

Never had a problem powering mine. Also powering video camera & communication system too. Just be careful in stop and go traffic- may not be producing enough juice at idle.

Mike I have no problems with the one I have and I have the same bike, I have the Widder vest. I'm currently trying to find a location for the thermostat control, they do not give you long enough connections to get above the tank so some creative wiring is needed.
