Hayabusa Comfort

Welcome to the group!!!

There is a great guy "Boisebusa" on this forum who I met with on my last trip to Boise for work.  Send him a PM and see maybe you guys could meet up for a ride or something something.  PS, don't get sushi in Boise.

Having been labeled a 'purist', I must tell you that there are three 'a's' and only one 's' in Hayabusa.

As far as which bike to buy...1) this is the time of year to buy any bike; 2) 'busa culture far out-fabulizes any other.

Enjoy your time on the site...there's lots of great people here.
Yeah I know I had a long day at work. I drove from Riverside CA To seattle And sat down for the night when I wrote that.

I am about the same build as you Boisetrucker. It depends on how far you want to travel. 300-400 miles a day is no problem with the stock bike. Longer than that you need to raise the bars and change the rear sets and mabye either a seat change or a sheep skin cover. A throttle rocker is always a good option for 100+ miles. I also used a tank bag( before it was stolen) to lean on.
