Hayabusa clutch mods information please.

What exactly does the clutch cushion kit do? I know it has upgraded springs, but by the description, it seems to do the same thing the solid billet clutch mod does. What are the differences and benefits for each? Which is best to have for an occassional track bike? Do I need both? Any and all help is appreciated.

Never tried the cushion kit, from the guys I know that have, they say don't spend your money on it. Its diff than the clutch mod that eliminates the back torque limiter too. Not exaclty sure what the cushio is designed to help with, but I wouldn't buy it.
