Handle Bar Straps

Not sure what you mean? Are asking about the strap that goes across the handlebars to provide connection points for tie down straps in order to avoid damaging hand controls and fairing?
I've used both Canyon Dancer and Cycle Cynch. I think they come in one length only and both worked well on my Hayabusa. I do, however, prefer the Cycle Cynch because the tie downs have less chance of contacting the fairing and rubbing paint.
