GSXR 1000 - '08 Hayabusa

A lot has been written about the HP of the new GSXR 1000, close to or at 170-175+ horses. That seems like a ton to me out a 1000.

So...what do you think an extra 300-400cc would do?

I would think the new Busa would break (or be REAL close to) the 200hp mark..stock.

Isn't the ZX14 pulling 175 out of it's 1350?

That 1000 must be one heck-of-a beast, no wonder it's got a gonad limiter, 3 postion switch.

he is wrong the 1000 is out over here and at the back wheel it is 163 and 89 tor,they took away from the mid range alittle and put more up top. and the zx14 i've seen dynoed a few times it only puts out 165 rw

Your comparing the 2007 which is out now, to the not yet produced or released 2008.... read the title and you will see he was talking about the rumored 2008. For 07' model year though your on track +/- who's dyno your using.
