grudge match

Does anyone here know about Grudge match races at Indy? A guy I met, said this weekend at Indy they race after hours? Is this true? I read an article about Keith (Shine) Dennis doing this at tracks to get people off the street. No rules just street racing on the track. I can't find info on it, help please.

Don't know about Indy but it's a crave that's been gaining momenum...We have it here and all the "Hot Boy's" are crazy 'bout it...
