I think it is great he says "$4,500" for the paint job. He is not asking retail price.

Here let me do the math $17500 - $4500 = $13000. Sticker price in 2009 was $12000. Nope he is not charging retail.

Stage 5 chip, paint and inflation, seems about right when you throw in the exhaust.
He did not mention it is capable of 210 mph and more than 210 hp, with the S5 chip. He`s trying to give it away.
