Sent an email to them explaining that I broke a couple small parts. I was wanting to buy the parts and didn't see them available anywhere so anyway...

they sent me an email back the next day telling me to send some pics and a mailing addy. Sent them the info that day and the next day they sent the parts out at no charge.
