Gen 2 cylinder head fit on a Gen 1

I am looking a cylinder heads I am wondering if Gen 2 cylinder head and put it on my 2000. Has anyone did this mod yet, what do I need to achieve this mod?

The head would fit, but you would have to use the Gen 2 Throttle bodies and air box as the throttle body spacing is different on the Gen 1 and Gen 2. Think run a search, there are a thread or 2 on this.
