Gear position voltage output

Hi, I currently have a gen 1 hayabusa in a car and am installing an electric reverse conversion. As part of the safety lock system (I don't want to activate it at 70mph) I'm trying to use the neutral light output to activate the coil on a relay that switches 12v (to power the starter reverse motor).
Issue I have is the ECU pin output to neutral switch is 5v... Is there a relay that will switch 12v using 5v on the coil?
I'm not a bread head with electrics but find my way around so be gentle..

Any advice is welcome

I buy a heap of my stuff from rs.
Small tip..
Solder some flyleads onto the pins then wrap some insulation tape around the base of the relay leaving a good deal overhanging.
This will give you a kind of well thing. Then you take some electrical safe epoxy/potting compound and fill in the well.
This will totally seal the pins and solder from any vibration, water, oil, etc..
Then take the flyleads and set them up with a 4 or 5 way connector. Preferably one of the sealed units with o-rings.

You end up with a watertight, sealed unit that can be plugged in and looks neat.
