Gauges not working

I am building a 2003 hayabusa. I've replaced the cluser, the wire harness and the ecu, and nothing will register, ie.... speed, rpms, or temp. Has anyone had this problem

I did that, the cluster turns on with the rest of the bike. It does the sweep and everything. It just doesn't register the rpms of the mph

get a manual and be careful check every wire... welcome to the org..

Are you sure it is the correct harness, and ECU?
Is the small ground wire off the negative battery cable connected?
Is the speed sensor plugged in?
