Fuel Tank Hoses

Ok I had my busa painted. They did a great job on the paint, but a horrendous job putting everything back!!!! I took it out for a ride (Today in L.A. it was 80 Take that Buffalo!). When I came to a stop the bike cut off. I took it home and noticed that the plugs on the back part of the tank were just exposed with no hoses connected to them!! Could someone please tell me the correct position for the vacuum hoses? I'm sure that this is a factor in the bike sputtering and shutting of as I come to a stop.

Those are for the tank vent and water drain.
They will not be the cause of your poor running.
But the fact they have not connected back up is not a good indicator for the shops quality of work.

I agree! They do great paint, but mechanics they aren't!! I changed the plugs, oil and filter. It fired up and ran great! I think it was a fouled plug that was causing my grief. Thanks for the info!! I just got a copy of the shop manual so I'll be righting my ship in short order!! Thanks again!!!!
