i took out the fuel pump of my 04 busa,,
i wanted to inspect the filter,, i could remove the nuts holding wires using a 7mm wrench,, but couldn't remove the screws holding the pump to the plate,, they would strip before unscrewed,,
WD-40 letting it soak for at least a couple of hours while spraying it every 20mins or so. If you do strip it, remember that you can always turn it into a flathead screw using a steady hand and a dremmel with a metal cutting bit! Used that method on brake master cylinders several times thoughout the years. Just replace the screw(S) when done.
