I changed the front and rear tire today. No problem until I went to spin the front tire while it was still on the stand. The tire spun fine for about a half turn; then the tire would spin but not very easy. The brake pads seemed to be rubbing the rotors. Pumped the the level a few times the level hardened up but the wheel still did not spin freely. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
