Front fender bolts - need thread pitch and length

I replaced my front fender with a nice carbon fiber - the 4 OEM screws have too large a cap.
need a replacement with a smaller cap
something like this

Are you going to order online? Most hardware stores have a thread checker in their bolt aisle if you're shopping in person.
